ABOUT ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION OF YOUR JOBS

Jobs may be e-mailed to us at sales@printer7.com (up to about 20MB) or submitted on CDs, DVDs (not all DVD±R/RW discs are compatible), USB flash drives, or external hard drives. For very large files, try using the website www.yousendit.com. Files should be hi-res .pdf files with fonts embedded and no image compression. Technical support for creating .pdf files cannot be provided, however, should you be unable to make a print-ready .pdf file, you can submit the following types of documents...

In addition to providing your native document, "support files" such as fonts used, and placed artwork, may also be required. Microsoft Office programs typically "embed" the artwork into the document, but the proper fonts must always be provided. Note: digital files produce cleaner and sharper results than copying from paper originals, especially color originals. However, we do charge an additonal $7.50 per job for the extra work that is required.
